Philly Cupcakes

Philly Cupcakes
from Grandma Audrey Veibell

Prepare cupcake mixture (Chocolate or Yellow).

FILLING:
1 Softened Cream Cheese (8 oz.)
1 Egg
1/3 Cup Sugar
6 oz. Chocolate chips

Mix together

Fill cupcake batters 1/2 full. Put 3/4 spoonful (large spoon) of FILLING on top of batter in cupcake tins.

Bake the same as regular cupcakes. Mine didn't seem to fluff up like regular? Of course we love sweetness, so we frost them too. :)
